It is a good day when we have something to do

In the last weekend of New year's holiday, I had nothing to do so I dranl a lot. I regret this usage of time.  To drink a lot is harmful to our body, so I was happier if I had something to do.
I often write article about good sleep and keeping our body slim.  In order to get good sleep or slim body, it is important for us to live healthy Sunday.  If our Sunday life is not healthy, our sleep will be bad and we may not be able to work hard, then our motivation to live happily will be lost.
In order to live healthy on Sunday, we should not drink alcohol and should not take a nap in the afternoon.  Even if we feel tired, we should make some activities and take good sleep on Sunday night.  If we have something to do, we may not take a nap or drink alcohol till we finish the work.  In this way, if we have something to do, it is a happy day for our healthy life.
