Take enough water

I try to keep my sleep comfortable for the purpose of good performance in work.  So I take care of my sunday schedule so as not to disturb my sunday sleep.  In this season, there is a very troublesome enemy for our sleep, it's high temperature.  My bedroom does not have air conditioner, so I sweat a lot when I sleep at hot night.  When I sweat a lot, I lose my water in my body, then I can not sleep well.
In this season, in ordet to keep our sleep confortable, we should take enough water but we should refrain from taking alcohol or coffee before going to bed.
We all know that it is necessary for us to drink water, however, it is necessary for us even when we are sleeping to drink water in order to keep our condition.  Beer is very delicious in this season, but we should refrain from it at late night.
