Workers should not slip lunch

There are continuous 10 holidays from April to May this year in Japan.  But I am busy this season so I have to work from Monday to Saturday, and I have to work till around 10 o'clock everyday.  I am so busy that lunch is the happiest time of a day.  I eat a lot and recharge enough energy to work long.
Some people skip lunch in order to diet, or some say "If I take lunch, I will be drowsy, it will disturb my work".  But I think this is not a good decision.  If we skip lunch, we do not have enough energy to work, so the efficiensy of our work will get worse.  Lunch is not only a time to recharge, but a necessary time to communicate with collegues. 
Although we will be drowsy after lunch, we can overcome this problem by drinking coffee, or rescheduling so as not to do important work in the early afternoon.  Once we ovecome it, we will be able to work hard till night.
Therefore, we should not skip lunch.  If you want to be slim, you should take low calolie dinner.
