Goal setting is essential for continuous training

We have to train continuously in various fields such as study, work or sports.  As we have no skill to achieve our goal in a short while, we have to train every day and step up slowly.
It is easier to train everyday than to train hard, but we need a strong will to continue till we achieve goal in order to continue a tiny trying.
In this stage, what is most will be a appropriate goal setting.  If we set an appropriate goal, we can have a courage to continue it.  When the goal is too difficult, we may not have a will to continue and when the goal is too easy, we may not train hard.  Therefore, goal setting is very important for achieve something.
In case of diet, we first set a moderate goal.  We try hard to achieve the goal, then we set further moderate goal and achieve it.. After this continuous work, we can get a slim perfect body.
It is difficlult to continue something without goal because it is not easy to keep our will to achieve the goal.  In order to keep this will, appropriate goal setting is the best medicine for us.
