Practice is better than anything

In Japan, there is a proverb "It is better to be used to it than learning it from others".
As this proverb suggests, in order to be good at something we had better practice it many times.
There are some ways to learn things. To learn from others, to learn by mayself, to practice it or else.  From these ways most people choose to practice because it is the easiest way to learn and understand things.
I also think I had better practice many times than read books or instructions.  However, there is exception.
In the case we can not make a mistake, for example, we can not choose to learn by practicing.
We should feel happy when we have a chance to learn by practicing without the risk of mistake.
I hope you will have a nice time this week.
